ข้อตกลงและเงื่อนไขการชำระเงิน

ผู้ใช้บริการ (ซึ่งต่อไปนี้จะเรียกว่า “ท่าน”) ตกลงและยินยอมที่จะปฏิบัติตามแนวปฏิบัติ คำสั่ง ระเบียบการดำเนินงาน นโยบาย และคำแนะนำทั้งหลายเกี่ยวกับการสั่งซื้อสินค้าผ่านแพลตฟอร์ม รวมถึงการแก้ไขเพิ่มเติมใด ๆ ในบรรดาข้อกำหนดดังกล่าวซึ่งออกใช้บังคับโดยบริษัทฯ (ซึ่งต่อไปนี้จะเรียกว่า “ทางเรา”) และให้ถือว่าท่านได้รับทราบและยอมรับข้อผูกพันตามการเปลี่ยนแปลงดังกล่าวโดยผลทันทีเมื่อมีการเผยแพร่บนแพลตฟอร์ม ทั้งนี้ ข้อตกลงและเงื่อนไขการชำระเงินฉบับนี้ จะมีผลใช้บังคับเฉพาะต่อคำสั่งซื้อสินค้าและการชำระเงินที่กระทำโดยท่านและผู้ขายเท่านั้น

๑. ท่านตกลงและรับรองที่จะชำระค่าสินค้าด้วยบัตรเครดิต หรือบัตรเดบิต ที่ออกโดยชอบด้วยกฎหมายและสามารถใช้ชำระหนี้ได้ตามกฎหมาย

๒. ท่านตกลงและยินยอมที่จะไม่ทำการเพิกถอน หรือยกเลิกการชำระเงินในภายหลัง เว้นแต่จะเข้าข้อยกเว้นกรณีที่การสั่งซื้อสินค้าระหว่างท่านและผู้ขายไม่เป็นไปตามข้อตกลง หรือไม่ได้รับการส่งมอบสินค้า หรือสินค้าที่ท่านได้รับมีลักษณะแตกต่างจากรายละเอียดที่ได้รับจากผู้ขายอย่างมีนัยสำคัญ ทั้งนี้ ให้เป็นไปตามดุลยพินิจเด็ดขาดของผู้ขายเท่านั้น

๓. ท่านรับทราบและตกลงว่า การขอคืนหนี้หรือเงินที่ชำระสำเร็จแล้วจะกระทำได้ต่อเมื่อผู้ขายได้ให้ความยินยอมโดยชัดแจ้ง และเป็นผู้แจ้งความประสงค์ในการดำเนินการคืนเงินดังกล่าวเท่านั้น

๔. ท่านรับทราบและตกลงว่า การคืนเงินบรรดามีจะดำเนินการผ่านช่องทางหรือกลไกการชำระเงินเดิม และจะคืนให้แก่บุคคลผู้ทำการชำระเงินรายนั้น ๆ เท่านั้น

๕. ท่านรับทราบและตกลงว่า ทางเราไม่รับประกันว่าเงินที่คืนจะเข้าสู่บัญชีของท่านภายในระยะเวลาที่แน่ชัด เนื่องจากกระบวนการดำเนินการชำระเงินอาจใช้เวลาและขึ้นอยู่กับเงื่อนไขของแต่ละสถาบันการเงิน และ/หรือผู้ให้บริการระบบชำระเงินที่ดำเนินการคืนเงินนั้น ๆ

Payment Terms and Conditions

The User (hereinafter referred to as “you”) hereby agrees to comply with all guidelines, orders, operating rules, policies, and instructions pertaining to the purchase of goods through the Platform, including any subsequent amendments thereto issued by the Company (hereinafter referred to as “we”, “us”, or “our”). You shall be deemed to have acknowledged and agreed to be bound by such amendments immediately upon their publication on the Platform. These Payment Terms and Conditions shall apply exclusively to orders and payments executed between you and the Seller.

1. You agree and warrant to settle the payment for goods using a valid credit or debit card that is legally authorized and valid for the discharge of debt under the applicable law.

2. You hereby agree not to cancel, revoke, or request a chargeback of any payment subsequent to its execution, unless the transaction between you and the Seller fails to comply with the agreed terms, the goods are not delivered, or the goods received differ materially from the descriptions provided by the Seller, subject always to the sole and absolute discretion of the Seller.

3. You acknowledge and agree that refunds for successfully completed payments shall only be processed upon the express consent of the Seller, and provided that the Seller has initiated the request for such a refund.

4. You acknowledge and agree that all refunds shall be remitted exclusively through the original payment mechanism used during the initial transaction and shall be payable solely to the individual who made the said payment.

5. You acknowledge and agree that we do not warrant or guarantee that the refunded amount will be credited to your account within a specific timeframe. The refund process may require processing time and is strictly subject to the respective policies and procedures of the financial institutions and/or payment service providers executing the refund.

นโยบายการเปลี่ยนและคืนสินค้า

บริษัทฯ มุ่งมั่นที่จะมอบสินค้าและบริการที่มีคุณภาพสูงสุดแก่ผู้ใช้บริการ (ซึ่งต่อไปนี้จะเรียกว่า “ท่าน”) ทั้งนี้ เพื่อให้การดำเนินงานเป็นไปด้วยความเรียบร้อยและเป็นธรรมแก่ทุกฝ่าย ท่านตกลงและรับทราบว่าการเปลี่ยนหรือคืนสินค้าบรรดามี จะต้องเป็นไปตามเงื่อนไขและข้อกำหนดที่ระบุไว้ในนโยบายฉบับนี้ทุกประการ

๑. ระยะเวลาในการแจ้งเปลี่ยนหรือคืนสินค้า: ท่านสามารถแจ้งความประสงค์ในการเปลี่ยนหรือคืนสินค้าได้ภายในระยะเวลา ๗ (เจ็ด) วันทำการ นับแต่วันที่ท่านได้รับสินค้าตามหลักฐานของระบบจัดส่ง หากล่วงเลยระยะเวลาดังกล่าว บริษัทฯ ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการปฏิเสธคำขอทุกกรณี

๒. ข้อกำหนดกรณีไม่มีสินค้าทดแทน: ในกรณีที่บริษัทฯ อนุมัติการเปลี่ยนสินค้า แต่สินค้าชนิดหรือประเภทเดียวกันนั้นหมด หรือไม่มีในคลังสินค้า ท่านสามารถเลือกที่จะรับการคืนเงินเต็มจำนวนตามมูลค่าสินค้า หรือเลือกเปลี่ยนเป็นสินค้าชนิดอื่นที่มีมูลค่าเทียบเท่าแทนได้

๓. เงื่อนไขและสภาพสินค้า: สินค้าที่ส่งคืนเพื่อเปลี่ยนหรือขอคืนเงิน จะต้องอยู่ในสภาพสมบูรณ์ ๑๐๐% ไม่ผ่านการใช้งาน ไม่ผ่านการแกะลอกป้ายราคาหรือสติกเกอร์ บรรจุภัณฑ์และกล่องพัสดุเดิมต้องอยู่ในสภาพเรียบร้อย พร้อมทั้งต้องแนบใบเสร็จรับเงิน หรือหลักฐานการชำระเงินที่ชัดเจนมาพร้อมกับสินค้า

๔. ความรับผิดชอบในค่าจัดส่ง: กรณีการเปลี่ยนคืนอันเนื่องมาจากความผิดพลาดของบริษัทฯ (เช่น ส่งผิดรุ่น ผิดสี หรือสินค้ามีตำหนิอันเกิดจากการผลิต) บริษัทฯ จะเป็นผู้รับผิดชอบค่าใช้จ่ายในการจัดส่งคืนทั้งหมด แต่หากการเปลี่ยนคืนเกิดจากความประสงค์ของท่านเอง ท่านตกลงที่จะเป็นผู้รับผิดชอบค่าใช้จ่ายในการส่งคืนและค่าดำเนินการจัดส่งสินค้าชิ้นใหม่แต่เพียงผู้เดียว

๕. ระยะเวลาในการจัดส่งสินค้าใหม่หรือคืนเงิน: บริษัทฯ จะดำเนินการตรวจสอบสภาพสินค้าที่ส่งคืนภายในระยะเวลา ๓-๕ วันทำการ นับจากวันที่ได้รับสินค้า และจะจัดส่งสินค้าชิ้นใหม่ หรือดำเนินการคืนเงินให้แก่ท่านภายในระยะเวลา ๗-๑๕ วันทำการ นับจากวันที่บริษัทฯ ได้ให้ความยินยอมและอนุมัติอย่างเป็นทางการ

Return and Exchange Policy

The Company is fully committed to providing the highest quality products and services. In order to ensure smooth and equitable operations for all parties involved, the User (hereinafter referred to as “you”) hereby acknowledges and agrees that all returns and exchanges of products shall be strictly governed by the terms and conditions set forth herein.

1. Return/Exchange Notification Period: You must formally notify the Company of your intention to return or exchange the product within 7 (seven) business days from the date of receipt, as verified by the delivery tracking system. The Company reserves the right to reject any requests submitted after the expiration of the said period.

2. Availability of Replacement Goods: In the event that an exchange is approved but the identical product is unavailable or out of stock, you may opt to receive a full refund of the product's purchase price or substitute it with an alternative product of equivalent value.

3. Product Condition Requirements: Any product returned for exchange or refund must be in 100% pristine and unaltered condition. It must be unused, with all labels, price tags, or stickers completely intact, and in its original, undamaged packaging and box, accompanied by the original receipt or valid proof of purchase.

4. Allocation of Shipping and Return Costs: If the return or exchange arises from an error solely attributable to the Company (e.g., incorrect model, wrong color, or manufacturing defects), the Company shall bear all associated return shipping costs. Conversely, if the return or exchange is requested at your convenience, you hereby agree to bear all return shipping expenses and any re-delivery processing fees exclusively.

5. Timeline for Refund or Replacement Processing: The Company shall inspect the returned goods within 3-5 business days upon physical receipt. The dispatch of the replacement product or the remittance of the refund shall be executed within 7-15 business days following formal approval by the Company.
